Shipping policy
ITALY SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped via TNT-FEDEX courier.
Shipping will be dispatched within 36 hours of receiving the order (unless notified of a delay via email).
ITALY SHIPPING TIMES: 1–2 business days.
ITALY SHIPPING COSTS:
- For orders exceeding €39.90 (VAT included), shipping is free.
- For orders below €39.90 (VAT included), shipping costs €6.50 (VAT included).
If a storage dossier is opened due to non-delivery after two attempts (recipient not at home), FraLab may request reimbursement for the incurred expenses.
EUROPE 1 SHIPPING
FraLab ships to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary.
